The Creation And Management Of The Learning Enterprise. Element Of Electricity

The theory of Learning Organization is one of the new management concepts in the new century, in the development process of management theories and practice, from the time of 1990's. With the advancement of industry society and prosperity of social wealth, great changes have taken place in the understanding of values, which is turning from matter hunting to spirit hunting. And this makes it possible for the people to combine learning and working.The environments that enterprises are facing have experienced tremendous changes, with the globalization of the world economy and the fast progressing of science and technology. Enterprises have to adjust to adapt their environments. These adjustments involve not only outside elements, such as products, process and mechanism, but also inner factors including value, thinking method, basic hypothesis and targets.We can say, the Learning Organization was born by the requirement of the information society and the Intellectual Time, to cope with the accelerated aging of knowledge. So it is crucial for an enterprise that wants to be successful, to build up Learning Organization.The power industry is monopoly industry. Many power plants lack of market concepts and crisis consideration. With the regional limitation, there are many problems in the power enterprises. The Yuanbaoshan Power Plant is one of the power enterprises in relative good condition. Because of this, there are problems such as little motive force for learning for staffs, weak creativity, etc. This paper tries to find ways to solve these problems.This paper firstly introduces the theory of Learning Organization and analyses the current situation of the Yuanbaoshan Power Plant. Then it describes the the author's suggestion of the type, ways, and mechanism suitable for Yuanbaoshan Power Plant to establish Learning Organization. Finally it summarizes the problems to be discussed and solved for the build up of the Learning Organization.
