| The corruption is a kind of universal filthy phenomena all over the world, which is produced and developed with people's society development, government's right appearance and expand and commercial currency produced and developed. In the recently years, the corruption is quickly developed and expanded. All sides of the society attended very much and a large of people are not mightily satisfactory. So, if we don't take a strong means for holding back it, our great Communist Party and People's Republic of China which is created by million people's blood and lift and great social democracy socialism are ruined. Our party and government think much of the fight with the corruption. Jiang secretary-general solemnly said f "an-corruption is a severe fight which attach our party and our nation's lift and death." This is not appalling, but is serious warning. Therefore, I research theory and specialty of the corruption in the new phase, and summarize behave of the corruption. On the base, the article discuss a few ways about the corruption disposal, that is, "morality disposal" and "law disposal" are supplement each other, promote each other, impact each other.
