This paper explains the development and theory of ERP and ABCM, including the actual research and practice level of them. Basing on these, some problems that are encountered during the implementation of ERP are analyzed, and it is brought forward that the ABCM theory can be imported into the management theory system of ERP. The combination's foundation of them is discussed, and it is pointed out that this combination will not'only create the conditions for the implementation of ABCM, but also develop the theory and practice of ERP further. For a better combination, this paper brings forward the resources-sorted and multiplayer ABCM model driven by requirements basing on ERP. This model takes advantage of the information that the ERP system contains, and extends the range of ABCM. This model makes the combination of these two theories feasible not only in theory but also in practice. Basing on this model, with the background of a manufacturing enterprise, this thesis constructs the resources-sorted and multiplayer ABCM system driven by requirements basing on ERP. It points out the key steps during the implementation of the system, expatiates the design of the framework, the function modules, the running of these modules and the system security. Finally, the data results of the primary implementation of this system are analyzed.
