| I. Aim of researchSince reforming and opening, domestic underwriting has covered process of resuming to development with high speed. Premium income is increasing at rate of 30% per year, and asset exceeds 700 billion RMB. Meanwhile, managements has increased from one only to 53 insurance companies, 162 agencies, and over 70 thousand concurrent agencies. Although amount of managements increased rapidly, organization of such managements still simplex. According to Item No. 69 of our Act of Insurance in1995, insurance company should be organized as following: 1. joint-stock company, 2. state-run company. So, insurance company of our country, organized in above metioned. term, can exist. Such policy supervised effectually and standardized sound well, when our insurance market was not grown maturely. But along with progress of underwriting, such items can not reach the requirement of such industry internationalization after China's entry WTO. Thus, multivariate organizational form of insurance company has praxis significance.Looking back upon our country ,state-run capital in insurance market has great proportion. It sets big barricade on the way that insurance market advance to open. So it is necessary to reform state-run insurance company. On the other hand, stock companies have made progress in insurance market, but there is a long way to make achievement as great as possible. Thus it is necessary to offer opportunity for stock insurance company to finance in stock market. Further more, the insured's profits were neglected in China, which affect the public to insure. How to attract public to insure is a core of this article. China is big country, which has great population. The development of different regions are not in the same level. How to deal with the unbalance development of regions by setting up multivariate organizational form is very necessary.II. Logical structure This article starts from organizational form of insurance company, introduces and analyses familiar organizational forms in the world. Through organization of insurance companies of USA & Japan, analyses advantages of such multivariate mode. Then, analyses actuality of our above metioned. organizations, points out problems come out from such simplex organization. Base on this, analyses necessary of multivariate mode. Tables proposals of howto establish multivariate mode of organization, and detail methods at the end.The paper is divided into 4 chapters:Chapter one Development and analysis of international insurance organizational forms In the first part, it introduces categories, features, and advantages of joint-stock, mutual, state-run and other insurance organizational forms.In the second part, it analyses present situation, position and function of insurance organizational forms in USA. On the basis of culture background and law institution, it analyses coming into being, development and significance of multivariate organizational forms.In the third part, it analyses situation, position and function of insurance organizational forms in Japan.
