| China is becoming a democratic and market-economy country ruled by law and after many years of open door and reform policy , especially taking part in WTO. The need generated from all kinds of Chinese society' s changes make people depend on lawyer more and more . Lawyer has many professional characters which make the profession can fit for the development of Chinese society and will have more important place in it . The function of lawyer in a society partly reflects the development of the society . In our country , the profession is still in its elementary stage , and there are many retarding factors which come from politic .economic , legal and cultural field .that sidesteps the development of the profession .The essay combined theory with practice has two aspects, that are the basis of theory and manipulation of practice according to comprehensive summary and creation carried on . In theory, the author expose the conception of lawyer' s function, sum up five main doctrines about lawyer' s function and analyze the relationship between Chinese society' s developing and lawyer' function . On the base of theory and practice, the author draw a conclusion about lawyer' function in economic, politic and jurisprudence . At last, the author specify several retarding factors of the consummation of lawyer' function and bring up relevant solvents. According this research, the author wish that lawyer can have more influence on Chinese society and provide a boost to our country. |
