Northeast Green Industry To Build And Develop Countermeasures

Based on the principles of sustainable development and greenism, with the GIS mapinfo software as the technonlogical method, this paper preliminarily explores the strategy of the administratively trans-boundary establishment and development of green industry in Northeast China through a multidisciplinary use of ecology, environmental sciences, economics, industrial theory, regional planning, economic geography, system engineering, and value theory. Based on the SWOT analysis of the element and status of the green industry developmentit is aimed at providing reference to the construction of two ecological provinces, Heilongjiang and Jilin, and to the development of circulation economy in Liaoning Province, promoting the adoption of the international and national greenism, restructuring the regional industry and economic growth by putting green industry at the center, and realizing the upgrading and re-booming of the traditional industrial base in Northeastern China.Section 1 gives a general introduction about the green industry, with a focus on basic concepts of green industry and its global and domestic development. It first makes a review of definitions of green industry made in different fields, then explores its connotation in two aspects, namely, industrial attributes and greenism, and then describes the major contents and basic characteristics of green industry. Meanwhile, the global status and trend of green industry and its special features in China are introduced.Section 2 introduces the elements and status of the green industry development in Northeastern China and makes a SWOT analysis for them. The elements such as natural condition and resource, geography location, transportation and in formation populationa and labor force, social -economical factors are introduced. Then following the introduction of status of the green industry development, a SWOT analysis is used to assess the Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats for the developmentof green industry in Northeastern China.Section 3 focuses on the establishment of the green industry in Northeastern China and its development planning. Guided by the relevant theories for the establishment of green industry and based on the concepts of sustainable development, greenism and circulation economy, the master goals are determined and specific conditions to fulfill the goals are identified. The spatial distribution of the green industry in Northeastern China is partitioned into 4 types of ecological-economical patterns according to the ecological patterns and regional distribution of agriculture and industry.Six major green industrial fields for priority development in Northeastern China are designed. Finally, this section discusses the issues surrounding systemization and harmonization in establishing the green industry in Northeastern China.Section 4 attempts to raise recommendations, supported by analysis, for the green industry development in Northeastern China. This section includes a feasibility study on the program implementation, a feasibility study on the establishment of a new system, a predictive analysis on the future development trend and practical countermeasures.
