Enterprise Risk Management Countermeasures

In the process of establishing the market economic structure, risk grows everywhere. Market economy is a risk economy. Enterprises in china are now facing greater risks while more development opportunities are waiting. As a great change of management ideas of enterprises in China, the significance of the risk management is rising. Combining the risk theory with practical studies, this article intends to find out the main risk facing the enterprises, their causes, and the risk study and control methods. The article has four parts: the concept and features of risk; main risks facing the enterprises; risk management and control; enterprise stratagern management in risk. The article gives an in-depth analysis on the weak consciousness of risk and the critical conditions of the Chinese enterprises. This article presents some own opinions in the definition of risk,the anti-risk ability of the enterprises and the methods of risk control. The main purpose is to improve risk management capability of the Enterprises so as to avoid and reduce the risk loss, and get out of the critical situation in the market competition.
