Investor Protection is not only one of the core questionsof corporate governance, but also the basic goal. Investors are the main body of securities business, and whether their legality benefit is protected effectively or not, which directly effect the running and development of securities business. This paper begins with three questions of corporate governance, that is share structure, directorate management, information release system, with using for reference the overseas advanced experience and the theory research production, and lays out suggestion to China's current system.
