Chinese Listed Corporate Governance Structure And Corporate Performance Study,

With the development of capital market in China , the status of listed companies in GDP is more and more important, and the function of corporation governance that decide the performance and development-level of listed companies is more and more powerful .So ,it is necessary to study the related content of corporation governance.In this paper, basing on explaining the general definition of corporation governance, the author analyzes the theories and the models about corporation governance on the world . Then , the author studies the effect of equity structure and insider control to company performance of listed companies in China with analyzing and evaluating the actuality of listed companies .The result appears that both equity structure and insider control have an effect on the efficiency of corporate governance(company performance) . According to the researched result and the theories of corporation governance , as well as the models of corporation governance ,the author thinks about something about constructing and optimizing corporation governance of listed companies in China . At last ,the author puts forwards the ways and the suggestion for improving the efficiency of corporation governance of listed companies in China.
