| Modernization of fire control, as an important part of modernization, is interdependent on the process of economic modernization, political modernization and personal modernization. It is of significance to guarantee successfully the socialist modernization to make a systematic study on modernization of Chinese fire control.This study discusses the internal relations of modernization and modernization of fire control and defines the connotation of modernization of fire control. After looking back on the course of modernity accumulating in Chinese fire fights techniques and equipments, fire protection system and fire control ideology and analyzing the current situation of modernization of fire control, this study develops a framework for modernization of Chinese fire control, based on experience of developed countries and national conditions. This study identifies the modernization of Chinese fire control be conducted in the way of socialization of fire control at the condition that the government play a leading role, while fire control system is being reformed, science and technology of fire fight is improved and legal conditions is perfected. |
