The thesis discusses the basic theories of the B2B exchanges deep and broadly at the beginning. Based on the theories, and with combination of many examples of B2B exchanges, the thesis then mainly explains the future of development of B2B exchanges. At last, the practical and operational guild lines are provided for the enterprises to implement their B2B exchanges plans. And also, the thesis lists some viewpoints on a few questions about B2B exchanges.
