In the "ten-speeds" era of the Knowledge Economy, only depend on Knowledge Worker's "in-job performance" can't satisfy the long-term development of companies. So on the plate of "performance is behavior" , this thesis deals with the contextual performance management system of Knowledge Worker.At first part of the paper, this thesis reviewed the history of contextual performance researches. The basic notion and the importance of contextual performance are explained. And the theory limitations are put forward. So, by using some mature analysis tools, this thesis talks about the theory of how to management Knowledge Worker's contextual performance deeply.Based on the discussion of the former parts, the thesis analyzes the actuality of Knowledge Worker's contextual performance management in China, then its' limitations and some causes are found out. According to the experience that acquired by some famous enterprises, the major idea and general frame of managing Knowledge Worker's contextual performance is so put forward. |
