New economic time is a period full of challenges & opportunities, and the internet is a primary impetus for the increase of new economy time. The internet has not only produced many new economic modes, but also had profound influence on the traditional industries. This article attempts to make a combination of the advantages of the internet and the traditional MCI. Three basic modes settled through study and discuss are , namely , the CtoC business mode, the mode of supplying the management resources as well as the consultation business based on the virtual group. These three modes are to be applied from concepts to practice in the fulfilment of Xiangxiwang's business plan.Xiangxiwang.com is presently a personal website of the author , the web address is http://www. xiangxiwang.com.Since the website has established august, 2002, it has achieved the expected target. Now it has nearly 1,000 members(including both free members and charged ones). The current fixed position is a "management resources supplier" .After the adjustment according to this business plan, xiangxiwang. com will be changed into "management & consultation net" , and also intent to be registered as a company.The business plan can be diveded into 3 chapters , as following:The first chapter ( chapter 1) is a general outline, which summarizes the business plan, and analyzes the related industry background(including the backgrounds of internet industry, e-Business industry, and MCI), and finally provides Xiangxiwang's business plan.The second chapter (chapter 2) is an apply from concept to pratice, which at first gives a brief introduction of xiangxiwang and then explained the funds source, business mode, strategy i kernel .Meanwhile.it makes up the marketing sreategies of the website.The third chapter (chapter 3) is the reasibility assessment which enriches the business plan from the angles of the industry and market, the competition and risk, the company strategy , the finance estimate and the primary programming of operation.
