Accepting Bribes Study

Bribery crime which is a kind of serious official crime has become one of important crimes which is followed up by criminal law in our country. As to acquaint with bribery crime accurately and comprehensively, we should study it systematically. Based on the need of condemnation and the measure punishment about bribery crime in the judicial practice, this paper has analyzed four questions: the history of legislative development, the judicial determination, the criminal sanction and the legislative accomplishment. Finally, it has discussed profoundly some new questions and situation on bribery crime, and has brought out some theory points and legislative suggestions.
