Study Of The Wto China's Financial Legal Issues

WTO is an international organization which provides the systematic frame for the trade relationship among all the WTO-member countries and which takes responsibility for the supervision of the law enforcement of WTO. China officially acceded to WTO on December 11th, 2001. That means we must abide by the WTO rules. Therefore, Chinese legal system must adjust according to the agreements of WTO and the commitments of China's accession. Linking with the tendency of financial globalization at present in the world, this paper begins with the rules of WTO agreements related to finance and the commitments of China's accession to deal with the influence WTO brings to financial law and the relevant countermeasures to it. And the paper put forward that the achievement of rule by law in finance is the objective of the financial structural reform.
