Legal Methodology Of Marxism And Its Contemporary Value

Methodology system is the corn of Marxism Jurisprudence Theory. But on one, include Marx, Engels and other later Marxism jurist, had carefully made a study and summary on it.In this paper, on the base of reading and studying quiet a few works of Marx, Engels and other scholar majored in the same field, I summarized the Marxism Jurisprudence methodology system as two levels: 1.basic philosophy principles, 2.concrete method of analysis, four parts: 1.historical materialism principle, 2.the unit of science and value principle, 3.analysis of class conflict, and 4.analysis of social structure. Point out how do these parts do the function during the procession of law study and the relationships among them. This paper also generalizes the characters of Marxism Jurisprudence Methodology from the law angle, and expresses the value of the study of this Methodology in present age.
