Entering into WTO is the milestone, which expanding our foreign trade and increasing our step into global economic zone. How to improve our logistics management, consequently increase our competition capacity of our national garments industry attracts great concern of those knowledgeable person. There are four chapters in this essay, by mass of theory and real case study, which conclude that our national garment enterprise should set up their logistic management strategy by four principles: coordinate, informationalization, simple and innovative。Chapter One generally introduces our national garments industry development. Our garments markets changed from seller's markets into buyer's markets within several years. It also attributed to the importance of our garments industry.Chapter Two discusses how importance of logistics management. Nowadays many enterprises adopted very strict process management strategy, so that the quality of product has little difference among those enterprises. Meanwhile, market competition varies from one enterprise competition into the competition of enterprises alliance, in another word is the competition of logistics. Therefore the logistics management comes to the first.Chapter Three introduces current seven kinds of logistics management strategy of garments industry. They are: coordinative logistics strategy, centralization logistics strategy; global logistics strategy, Vendor Management Stock strategy, Internet logistics strategy, Quick Response Logistics strategy, and garments customization logisticsstrategy.Chapter Four demonstrates by mass of theories and real case study that our national garments enterprise should select their logistics strategy by four principle: coordinate, informationalization, simple and innovative.
