On The Reform Of The Judicial System Of China

The dissertation is planned to analyze the present situation and problems of the judicial system of China , to design the aim ,object and tactics of the revolution of the judicial system and the supervisory system of judicial power ,and clarify some important problems of the revolution of the judicial system .The first of the dissertation is about the present situation and problems of the judicial system of China .The second part is about the aim , standard and principle of the revolution of the judicial system. The third part is about the supervisory system of judicial power. The goal of the suggestion of making judicial power independent or the suggestion of supervising and restraining judicial power is to realize the judicial justice. This part especially discusses the benefits and defects of the supervision from the peoples congress, the jurors and the media and puts forward my own views.Recently, the revolution of judicial system, is followed with more and more interest and it is on the march at the same time, but it encounters a lot of obstructions now. the basical cause of it is the natural defects of the recent revolution of judicial system , to which the policy making body has not paid enough attention.The dissertation is planned to discuss the problems of judicial revolution and intend to resolve it by means of improving the supervising system of judicial power, and put forward a new view for the research of judicial system.
