On The Reform Of 1978-1990 Agricultural Industrial Structure In China

Agriculture occupies very important position in economics of a country. And the structural condition of agricultural industry plays the pivotal role in the development of agricultural economics. The evolution of the structure of agricultural industry was very slow, and afer the liberation it still went along the old tradition structure though it had been regulated to some extent.And yet, after the third convention of 11th National congress of C.P.C. the structure of agricultural industry quickly entered into reformation period in the direction of rural economics policies of C.P.C.The thesis systematicly studies the background, effects and experience from 1978-1990.The thesis studies the simplex foodstaff planting structure and demonstrably analyses the abuses and the results before reform and points out the necessity of refomation in the background. During the adjustment of structure, the thesis dicusses the change the forestry, stock breeding, and aquaculture were supplanted by planting, the improvenent that foodstaff pushed aside the economec products in panting structure,the movenent of forestry industrial sructure through increasing forestation acreage and developing mixed farming, the inprovement of breed structure and increasement the quantityof the stock breeding in the structure adjustment, the advancement of proportion of breed aquatics and catching , developing the breeding and ocean aquaculture, promoting the storege and process in the adjustment of aquaculture.Through the adjustment of 1978-1990 the structure of agricultural industry having walked up to the reasonable direction and the station of agricultural economics has been advanced in natonal economics.
