Involuntary dangerous crime was completely stated in the following five parts.I The legislation study on involuntary dangerous crime at home and abroad. Involuntary dangerous crime is stipulated both in continental legal system countries and Anglo-American law system countries. And it also is stipulated in feudal society criminal law, 1979 criminal law and 1997 criminal law of our country.II The theoretic foundations of the legislation of involuntary dangerous crime.There are two opposite attitudes in theory-approval and opposition-towardsthe point, i.e. whether or not involuntary dangerous conduct should be legislated criminally .The author holds the approval attitude and gives the reasons from 6 points.III The concept classification and constitution of involuntary dangerous crime Firstly, the concept of involuntary dangerous crime is defined. Then it is classified according to different standards. At last, the constitution of it is discussed in detail from the aspects of subject of rime, subjective aspects of crime, object of crine and objective aspects of crime.IV The judicial ascertainment and criminal liability of involuntary dangerous crime. In this part, questions exists in judicial ascertainment are discussed, such as being guilty or not being guilty of involuntary dangerous crime, involuntary dangerous crime and intentional dangerous crime, involuntary dangerous crime and conduct crime. The criminal liability of involuntary dangerous crime is also stated.V The legislation perfection of involuntary dangerous crime. To legslate involuntary dangerous conduct criminally should follow four necessary principles. The articles on involuntary dangerous crime in 1997 criminal law of our country should be revised and perfected. More articles on involuntary dangerous crime should be made.
