Learning Organization To Create A Strategy Study

Adults are main colony of a society, and they will spend great part of their life in a certain organization. Creating learning organizations will provide more learning opportunities and more learning resources to adults working in organizations, which will further promote the inosculation of learning and working. What's more, some scholars point out that learning organizations are foundation stones of learning society, and therefore creating more learning organizations will facilitate form of learning society.The paper presents reasons for constituting four tactics from the perspective of practice by dint of some investigative results conducted by the State Council Development Research Center and Mingde Learning Organization Institute in Shanghai (MLOI).The first tactic is reform of organizational structure.
