State-owned Commercial Bank Credit Asset Preservation

State-owned commercial bank is an important role in China's national economy. At the present.it is facing with many difficulties among which banks' non-performing loans is the most serious one. Therefore, systematic research on preserving non-performing loans is of both theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of defining the scope of banks' non-performing loan ,taking some successful preserving experience of banks' non-performing loans in foreign countries as the backgroud, considering the characteristics of credit funds in our state-owned commercial banks, through the method of comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the main reason of banks' non-performin loans comprehensively and systematically. Also some practical suggestions aiming at solving those problems are put forward to the government ,the law, the banks and the enterprises .
