The increase rate of the sales of Shijiazhuang HengSheng Jewelry Limited Company keeps descending significantly by recent years. The profit from department Stores which the company used to depend on is continuously descending, delaying the company's development. In order to get away from the predicament and develop better, the problems caused by the unity channel of distribution must be analyzed and resolved.Based on the market research and information collection from the investigation into the domestic jewelry markets, the develop trends of the domestic jewelry markets have been discussed. The whole sales volumes of our country in the next few years have been estimated' with the datas of time series. By comparison the cognition and purchase behavior of the consumer groups, costs and sales volumes in department Stores and specialty stores of jewelry, it has been constructively put forward that the company must establish different grades of markets in different regions and take flexible tactics of marketing channels.
