Joining Wto On China's Securities Investment Funds

The prosperity and scale expendity of funds' development keep the same step with the economy's improvement. The funds development relys on the healthy development of economic system, law system and supervision system. On the present situation! of our security market having so many defect,and the low level of funds' management. Entrying the WTO, china's security investment funds will face the challenge from oversea's developed system and management.The thesis includes three parts, the first part depicts the present situation of Chinese security investment funds ,the second part depicts the impact from entrying the WTO ,the third part depicts the strategy to improve the whole level of funds management. To cope with the impact from WTO,we must do a series of necessary measures, just like to put down the access doorsill of funds, improve the marketlization of funds manager, exhibit the fixed expence system of manager's rewards, improve the organisation format and management structure of funds ,extend the risk controllable system and the supervisation of agency system and so on.
