Stock Cooperative System Operational Mechanism

This thesis probes into the running mechanism of share cooperation system. The existing problems about the running of share cooperation system are summarized, the causes of formation are analyzed and the concrete solutions to these problems are proposed in the thesis. On the basis of the definition of applicable range of share cooperation system, it analyzes the enterprises suitable to conduct reform of share cooperation system. Combined with the characteristics of this system, it puts forward the detailed scheme of setting up shares in cooperative enterprise. Then according to the demand of the inside circulation of shares in cooperative enterprises, the inside circulation mechanism of shares is formed. Afterwards, it poses some measures of improving the management efficiency so as to perfect the corporate governance structure of share cooperation system.
