China's Road Transport Organization Structure And Management Structure To Adjust The Strategic Research

In the light of economic theory and administrative theory, this paper focuses on structure adjustment of organization and management of road transport industry in our country, studies the concept, the influential factors and rational principles of transport structure, and analyzes the formative cause, the problems and the situation of structure of organization and management of road transport industry during the present phase. According to the experience of other developed countries and the target of road transport of our country, brings forward the rational target of organization structure and management structure. Finally, it gives out some proposes and measures to promote the organization structure and management structure of road transport industry.
