Study Of Road Traffic Management System

On the basis of "three representation" of Jiang Zemin, the author in the paper takes the promoting reform of national administration system of road traffic as a goal, use the theories of Communication Engineering, Economics Science and Administration Science, through concluding the problems of traffic administrative system today, analyzing the experiences of system reforms on road traffic in history in China. With the help of advanced experiences of American, England and Germany, studies and sums up regular characteristics of administrative system reforms on road traffic, according the situation of economy and society development in China, the paper reveals the trend and the principle of the system reforms on road traffic, puts forward the program of reforms, including changing intersection of the functions and powers, assigning duties and responsibilities and reforms schedules. The reforms program in this paper is just and scientific. It is conducive to raise the efficiency of traffic administration, and make the road traffic safer than before. In this way, it could establish a flexible, efficient and integrate traffic administration system in China as good as developed countries.
