Corporate governance structure is a whole set of institutional arrangement for the coordination, checks and balances of the interests of the parties concerned. Due to the institutional basis of its structuring and its own particular ownership structure, it is difficult for .state-owned proprietary corporations to establish standardized corporate governance structure under the background of current institutional environment. The important basis for the formation of standardized corporate governance lies in the diversity of equity rights. And the basis requirement is to solve the problem of "insider control" and the important step is to standardize the responsibilities of different vested parties of rights, the important sign of which is the coordination of the interrelationship between new and old organizational resources.
