In ever-changing knowledge society and information era, the key of an enterprise's sustainable development lies in scientific achievement evaluation, which can show good points and weakness. With view to entire process of management evaluation, this paper sums up the theory and method on an industrial enterprise management evaluation by the numbers. An evaluation system of the industrial enterprise management is built up.This paper incorporates management evaluation systems into two kinds: one is mainly made from finance indexes, the other is composed of finance indexes and non-finance indexes, and enumerates the content and characteristic of internal and external famous management evaluation systems. In order to tamp the base of creation of the new evaluation systems, this paper summarizes how to ascertain the weight of index, unify the dimension of index, and cites the regularly used synthetic evaluation methods.After probing into the principle of creation of indexes system, utilizing different evaluation methods, this paper creates evaluation indexes on the enterprise system and its sub-systems. According to internal operation, external evaluation and developing capacity, a set of scientific and subjective synthetically assessing indexes is set up. By quoting and creating, the author gives the synthetically evaluation systems of manufacturing and marketing. At last, utilizing DSS' designing ideology and to the characteristic of industrial enterprise evaluation, this paper provides a high flexible, strongly adaptable and easily expanding DSS of enterprise managing evaluation (EEDSS). The function, structure, user interface, components and significance of EEDSS are described in detail.
