Chengdu Aircraft Industrial Corporation Aviation Product Development Strategy Evaluation

The main content in this thesis is the application study of strategy evaluation. As the important part of strategic management process, strategy evaluation is the controls of strategy implementation. But literatures seldom concern this field. For the reason, we decide to make a fire-new try.Chengdu Aircraft Indurstrial Company(CAC) is a large enterprise for war industry. At 1990, CAC has formulated the APDS and implemented it for more than ten years. The changes and the developments in this period, is a practical model for the research. On the other hand, I am working in CAC, knowing about strategy implementation of the APDS and convenient for collecting the information and data.In this thesis, theoretically analyzing and practical studying have been used. I referred to a lot of literatures and policy, and collected a lot of the statistical data, and investigated the strategy implementation, and talked about the strategic management with interrelated people. In this research, we established the parameters for evaluation the strategy and measured organizational performance. These parameters consist of financial, marketing, innovation, production, employees, and so on. In this thesis, there are some insufficiencies of the parameters and localization in strategy evaluating, because of the peculiarly of war industry. So we will consummate these in the continuous working.
