With the gradual establishment and perfection of the market-oriented economic system, Chinese stock market is being improved through the constant adjustment and regulation. Government's role is essential in this process and is embodied in Supervision and Management. China-featured administrative supervision system in stock has been set up. With china's successful involving into the WTO, it is urgent to carry out the all-round development in the stock market. The advancing of market foundation inevitably calls for the government to adapt its role to this tendency. As a result, it seems more important to judge and improve the current stock supervision system. This article, on the basis of deeply analysis, puts forward the opinions for the reform and specific methods.Part one. Comparatively analyze the current stock supervision models between China and foreign countries.In this part, through the comparatively analysis of current stock administrative supervision models between China and foreign countries, the author shows the establishing foundation and operating system in the market-oriented economy, and analyze the differences of supervision models between China and others.Part Two. Joining the WTO raises new requirements to our stock administrative supervision system.This is the main part of the article.
