Analysis-track Cause Of Socialist Construction, The Initial Economic Reform

The aim of our economic system reformation is to constrct socialistic market economic system. This is the wise choise our communist party make after summerizing the right and wrong in our history of forning Chinese socialism. After three big reformations, the communists under the leadership of Mao zhedong learn the experiences from Soriet Vnion and Eastern European socialistic contries and their own. They obtain many achievements with some important turns, which lead to the "Cultural Revolution," in the process of seeking a correct way of construction a socialism suitable for china. Nowadays, in academic study, there is much on the process of seeking the way of construction, but much less on the socialistic econormic system reformation. In this article, it tries to analysing wholly and systemetically the reason why the socialistic economic reformation in our country went wrong on the basis of the process and idealogy seeking the construction of socialism is the first 10 years. From summerizing the experiences and learning from them, we learned much better about Xiao ping Deng's theory in history so we can abandon the interruption of "left" and right and persist on the ultimate principle "One centers, two bases." From the ten year's history, we can learn much, just as Engels says: the great nation as the great class can learn much faster from whatever rather than from the result of mistakes.This paper consists of three parts: the first is about the idea of economic structure reform in initial stage of socialistic construction, which includes economic managerial system reform, ownship structure reform, econonic operating system reform and distribution system reform.The second part expounds the reason why socialstic economicreform can't persist, including five aspects: The first is the influence by the class struggle's enlargement. Some people were accustomed to analyse the whoie situation from the point of class struggle.and look on the changes of the original economic system as expression of class struggle. The second is the failure brought by hurry in economic construction. They had thougnt that they could make anything a miracle as long as the euthusiarn of the masses were aroused. The three is the mistakes in quick trasition of productive relation. They were eager to have a single ownership system by the whole people and the even come to the transition period of communist society , so that the movement of peoples commune sprang up in order to achieve their aim. The four is the imperfection in leading system of our Party and our nation. A few people having power and being lack of effective restriction of power , those leaders mistake led to a failure of overall situation The five is influence by complex international atmosphere. At that time, our country was blockaded totally by capitalist countries headed by the USA, the relationship with soviet union and socialist countries in Europe become worse.The three part is about the enlightening brought by going astray in economic reform in initial stage of socialistic construction. There are three main points: firstly, to make clear what is socialism, secondly to understand correctly what of historical stage our country less, finally, the aim the socialistic economic structure reform intends to achieve.
