Governance Structure And The Performance Of China's Open-ended Investment Fund

Securities investment fund is developing very fast in china, while it just starts to be appraised. On the other hand, Scientific fund appraisal is crucial for both investors and manager.Open-end fund has become the trend of developing international fund industry, which is China's expectation as well. The paper chooses the earliest 13 Open-end fund samples and analayse the status and existing problems of China's Securities investment fund, by exploring their corporate governance, investment targets, investment portfolio, investment strategies, and performance analysis. At the end, I give some suggestions and try to solve these problems.This paper is to assist investors to understand Open-end fund to invest reasonably. Secondly, it is a good reference for administration of fund.
