Financing Channels For Private Enterprises To Expand Research

Nowadays, financing of private enterprises is one of most obvious and urgent problems during the development of private economy in China. This thesis starts with current situations of financing channels of private enterprise, assimilates and makes uses of a large amount of domestic and international related research results, combines with investigation on many private enterprises in Zhejiang province and northeast China, then arrives at the conclusion on the base of theoretically analyzing and comparing.The thesis composes of four parts besides preface .In the preface the author intends to put forward the question to be discussed and define the research object.Part I : the current situations of financing channels of private enterprisesThe author analyses the current situations of financing channels from two different angles by citing related research results and two cases of private enterprises.Part II: main problems analysis of financing channels of private enterprisesThe author analyses existent problems in financing channels and points out that the main problems focus on scale preferences that widely exists in funds supply for private enterprises, which leads to the difficulties in financing of Small-and-medium-sized enterprises. Then the author explains the reasons that this scale preferences exists. The basic reason lies in shortage of related financial institutional arrangement while the direct reason lies in information asymmetry in the funds supply for private enterprises.Part III: measure analysis of expanding financing channels of private enterprisesGenerally, there are seven main measures. The author emphasizes the present difficulties in putting those measures in practice in China.Part IV: policy suggestionsOn the base of previous analysis, the author puts forward to some suggestionsin order to set up financing channel system of Small-and-medium-sized private enterprises in China.
