Personal Credit System

Under the condition of market economy, the credit relationship contains the government, enterprises, financial institutions and residents. Governmental credit, organizational credit (legal person credit) and personal credit constitute the credit of the whole society. Among them, personal credit is the core of the social credit system and the foundation of other credits. Other kinds of credit relations can shine upon personal credit finally. Therefore, the question of personal credit is relatively wide and worth studying deeply. To solve the credit problems of our country it's necessary to set up the personal credit system, which is complicated and huge engineering with lots of factors involved. Considering the limitation of my ability and the length of the thesis, I only research the registering system and assessment system of personal credit.The thesis is dividend into four chapters .It analyses the economic meanings of setting up personal credit system and defines some relevant concepts at first, and then introduces some experience abroad of personal credit system and the situation of our personal credit system. Finally in the fourth chapter some suggestions are given according to the defects of our personal credit system. The thesis analyses personal credit of our country from theory to practice logically, aiming at pointing out the problems and giving some useful proposals.
