First: The subject background and research meaningThe society and economic development regard people's mental work, intelligence as the core。People's intelligence and innovation are the first capital and the first resource in the whole society ,It is most basic resource that the enterprise creates benefit beyond the normal condition。With the arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy,The owner of the manpower resources of state-owned enterprise hopes to share the surplus value。 But how to realize ? For this reason, the theory circles and business circles are all probing .
