Aircraft Types Developed By Project Management Body Of Knowledge Study

The PMBOK (Body of Project Management Knowledge) is an important research point in PM area. There are two directions in this research field. Co-developing trend is main research aspect, which is G-PMBOK (Global-Body of Project Management Knowledge), another is activity development trend, which includes two research areas. Every country researches their native PMBOK, at the same time, which is how to combine the PMBOK with the enterprises' practice management features and apply in enterprises and companies. The former emphasizes constructing the platform in project management study and universal interactive language. The later stresses the concurrent application and the practice solution projects. This thesis provides embodiment concepts of PMBOK system according to the concurrent development thoughts and the necessary solution to the contradiction of the project's temporary and enterprise developing.The project management has some application of airplane model researching in aeronautic industry. The research on PMBOK of airplane model will instruct the project management in airplane model research and cultivate the experienced managers. At the same time, it will accumulate the amounts knowledge and improve the competition ability of aeronautic enterprise effectively.This thesis put forwards the PMBOK's main contents of XAC airplane model research based on the reference documents and the analysis the features of project management in airplane model research. This paper probe into PMBOK profoundly and has the propounding reference in airplane model research project management.
