The aeronautic weapon project is a kind of special project. It has characteristics of Hi- Technology, high investment, high risk, and long cycle etc. Generally total lifecycle of aeronautic weapon embraces project demonstration, project design, project development, design conformation and production conformation stage, there are a large number of risks during each stage, the quality of aeronautic weapon project risk management directly influences the result of the aeronautic weapon project. How to identify every risk and analyze the influence of risk factors in different stage directly affects the result of risk management.Aimed at the characteristics of aeronautic weapon project, this paper deep investigated the risk identification of total lifecycle, and briefly discussed how to synthetically design early warning system of aeronautic weapon project. On the basis of total lifecycle division, this paper has discussed the risk types and their relations of the aeronautic weapon project. It introduced the risk identification method of the aeronautic weapon project and pointed to take different identification methods according to different stage. It designed the risk identification index of the aeronautic weapon project through survey, and stated the index meaning, in order to analyze every index influence to the aeronautic weapon project risks, This paper recommended some kinds of relation analytic methods, then applied them to the reality of the aeronautic weapon project, and analyzed both every risk factor influence and the stage change of every risk type influence. Finally this paper discussed how to design the early warning system of aeronautic weapon project, and described its function, makeup and learning process.
