| With the international trade becomes more frequent in China, contradiction increases. Antidumping is the focus of government and all works. Injury, as the prerequisite of antidumping, is one of the most challenging fields. The thesis is put forward in this social environment.The thesis is divided in the five parts.In the first section, after discussion of the definition of dumping from economic aspect and law aspect, the relationship and difference between them are expounded. Then the bad consequence of dumping is induced.The second section is about antidumping. The emergence background, definition, function of antidumping are expounded. Besides, the present situation of antidumping in China is concluded from analysis of data.The third part mainly discusses the definition of injury, the principle of injury, the styles and its significance for the determination of antidumping.In the fourth section, the emphasis of injury evaluation in the USA, EC, and developing countries is compared. Then a case of antidumping is taken as an example to explain the present situation of injury evaluation in China. After that are the necessity and the function of the system of evaluation indexuate single index one by one, the system is made up of four levels, which are financial benefit, operating, solvency and developing ability. The index of four levels can be got from financial statement. Besides the indexes in the system are interrelated with the set indexes by the WTO. In the final part, in view of shortcomings of comprehensive evaluation method, thoughts to improve the method is raised. In the new method, qualit and comprehensive evaluation method.The focal point is in the fifth and sixth parts in the thesis. In the fifth section, a preliminary system of index which can reflect the overall situation of the company is put forward. Here is an innovation. Compared with traditional method to eval ative quantitative analysis are used to make the new method more rational. |
