China's Commercial Banking Client Manager System Recycling

The purpose of the paper research is to point out that Account Manager System is an important orientation in our commercial bank's management modes changes, innovation and development, via analyzing signification, core philosophy and functions of Account Manager System, based on the tone of commercial banks abroad which are practicing Account Manager System. The paper summarizes problems in the implementation of our Account Manager System practicing by way of analysis of current status of Account Manager System in national commercial banks. Base on all of these, hypostasis of Account Manager System is carefully researched, suggestions on reengineering Account Manager System are raised, which provide support both in theory and practice for our country' s reengineering Account Manager System.Other than the introduction, there are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter states the basic theory of Account Manager System, reciting theory foundation and specifying Account Manager System' s core philosophy and functions. The second chapter introduces successful experience of commercial banks abroad, which carries out this system. The third chapter summarizes problems in the implementation of the Account Manager System practicing by way of analysis of current status of Account Manager System in national commercial banks. The forth chapter is the core of this paper, in which the frame of our country's re-regulating Account Manager System is exploringly constructed and a series of suggestions, tactics are tabled for this system. The fifth chapter expounds risks under cover in the re-creating process and forwards corresponding preventive measures. The last part is the conclusion of this paper, which sums up research contents, indicating that reengineering of Account Manger System is a systematic project, requiring cooperation from all kinds of parties so that it could be co-founded.
