In the view of management aspect, based on the management problems existing in Aoyuan Group, an argument about OA is issued in this dissertation, which has analyzed OA from the related necessity and feasibility of building up an Office Automatic system to the system planning, the whole solving project and its eventual evaluation. On the basis of Internet/ intranet platform and B/S model, the company has completed a practical, utilitarian and stable software systems for the management process by outsourcing, which include function module blocks dealing with not only personal work, but also the managements of document, human resource, planning, tasking, purchasing, director's work, enterprise community and so on. The OA system has been playing a key role in nearly all the managements with its friendly surface and strict configuration design. It is not only an excellent assistant of staff, but also viewed as an essential tool, by which managers could make correct decisions. It improves work efficiency by making the office business automatically and digitally.
