8 Of The Daqing Oilfield, Oil Extraction Plant Development Strategy Of Remaining Reserves Study

The eighth oil mining factory of the Daqing oil field began to be put into developing in 1983. The factory distributes in the southeast of the placanticline of Daqing,and develops the " three-low" reservoir mainly, namely low abundant degree, low permeability, and low output. Now it administers six oil fields, naming songfangtun,shengping,xujiaweizi,yongle,zhaozhou and weixing.The area is 889.6 square kilometers, and the geological reserve is 335 million tons. And now the developed area is 317.7 square kilometers, but the developed reserve is 117 million tons. So the geological reserve of surplus accounts for 65% of the verified reserve. As the oil mining factory of subsidiary, if a large amount of reserve can not be developed , it is very difficult to get more exploration investment. Under this kind of situation, the sustainable development of the enterprise will face enormous pressure. However the majority of the remaining reserve is some reservoirs of low abundant degree or special low permeability. Under the Exploiting way in the routine, it is very hard to gain economic benefits in these reservoirs, and can't reach the standard.So it is a very urgent task to find out some relatively better development tactics with economic benefits. This paper combines the concrete characteristic of the peripheral the east oil reservoir on the basis of analyzing synthetically some exploit ways at present, and proposes several new exploitation modes. At last it appraises these kinds of modes after analyzing them. This paper try to find out some exploitation modes with very strong pertinence under different geographical environment and economic environment. Make surplus reserve of some low abundant degree reservoir and some specially low permeability ones to get effective. Reduce decreasing speed of output in the oil field, and raise the sustainable development ability of the enterprise.At first this paper analyzes the development current situation of the enterprise.and analyzes the operation environment of the eighth oil recovery factory with SWOT method in this text. After the chance, threat, advantage and inferior strength of development of the enterprise is distinct , In this procedure, this paper analyzes the reservoir development characteristics of this factory importantly, and derives predict models of output, and the growth trend of cost is analyzed. On the basis of this, it sets up an appraisal model of development tactics using FoxPro software. Utilizing the appraisal model ,it analyze and compares these new development tactic of surplus reserve. At last, it looks into the distance to the development prospect of middle period of the eighth oil mining factory.
