Dalian Development Zone, Foreign Companies Women Re-employment Problems And Countermeasures Research

Dalian ETD Zone, the first national zone in China, was granted to be established by the State Council on Oct. 1984. Since it was built, the investment from Japan, Korea, America, HongKong, Taiwan act came to the area continuously and as a characteristic,female labor force who worked in the foreign enterprises came into being. Most of these female labors come from the nearby cities who are young, less educated and with little social experience.Based on the labor concentrated enterprises, female have more employment chances, and their employment ratio, which is 70% among the whole labors, is much higher than male. But with the development of the zone, the problems of these female labor force come out. The foreign enterprises use their employment golden period legitimately. Their reemployment becomes harder and harder. All these harmful effects have caused the prevalent attention and recognition by the government and society which are worthy of our thinking and discussing.Based on the combination of theory and practice, this essay analyzes the problems from all kinds of aspects and makes efforts to answer how to solve their reemployment problems which are relative to the political steadiness and economic development of the zone. This essay begins with the civil employment conditions , then analyzes clearly the problems and causes of the female labor force reemployment and the ways to solve them. The essay is divided into 4 parts : In the first part, it expounds the western employment theories and successful achievements in order to offer the theories and experiences for the female labor force of the zone; in the second part, it analysis the employment conditions in the zone, then finds out the reemployment problems of the female labor force; in the third part, it explores in an all round way the subjective and objective facts of the female reemployment in the zone; in the last part, this essay explores the solutions. So as to promote the employment of the female labor foreign enterprises through perfect law systems, proper employment polices the efforts of their own and the attention of the whole society.
