Jiangxi Soviet, The Contribution Of Mao Zedong Thought

Jiangxi Soviet Area was the center of the national soviet movement. It played an important role in Chinese Revolution and in the development of MaoZeDong Thoughts. This thesis tries to explore the contribution made by Jiangxi Soviet Area to the development of MaoZeDong Thoughts from the relationship between Jiangxi Soviet Area and the development of MaoZeDong Thoughts.This thesis emphasizes that the exploration of a Chinese revolutionary road in Jiangxi Soviet Area made by members of the Communist Party of China (CPC) laid a practical foundation of the development of MaoZeDong Thoughts. There were two revolutionary stages in China from the failure of the Great Revolution to the end of 1934. One was the leading body of the CPC Central Committee located in the area under the control of Guomintang, called as the White Area Center. The other was the Central Soviet Area centered on Jiangxi RuiJing. The line of the CPC Central Committee was generally wrong during this period because of the "Left" errors made in the White Area Center. The Chinese revolutionary stage had completely changed from two into one. That was the Central Soviet Area centered upon Jiangxi RuiJing. Thus, the practical activities to explore a Chinese revolutionary road were conducted by CPC mainly in Jiangxi Soviet Area. It was the brave exploration of the revolutionary road with Chinese characteristics by the CPC members represented by MaoZeDong.MaoZeDong Thoughts took shape gradually during the fight against the "Left" line and Jiangxi Soviet Area was the main battle-field against it .The CPC members represented by MaoZeDong resisted it firmly and kept fighting against it elastically in Jiangxi Soviet Area by Marxism, the proletarian revolutionists' strategy and investigation. The fight further broke the dogmatism's bind on Chinese Revolution, created a condition for bringing forward the idea that everything should be based on facts and forming the leading center represented by MaoZeDong, which laid the political foundation of the development of MaoZeDong Thoughts,The successful practice to establish the rural revolutionary base in Jiangxi SovietArea by the CPC members created a condition for taking the practical situations into consideration and combining Marxism with Chinese practical situations, which made it possible to bring forward such basic ideas as basing everything on facts, the mass line and independence. They were the practical application of Marxism to China and the most basic principles widely used in Soviet Area to handle the politic, economic, cultural and military problems. They were the philosophical summary of experience and lesson as to how MaoZeDong applied dialectical and historical materialism to all of our Party's work and combined Marxism with Chinese revolutionary practical situations, which laid the philosophical foundation of the development of MaoZeDong Thoughts.
