Venture Capital Firm's Technological Innovation Research

The study on traditional theory of innovation efficiency and firms' scale , as well as firms' organizational structure relationship , focuses on the dynamic and efficiency which is used to arrange inner resources in firms' organizational structure . However , a lot of results from experimental study cannot explain the traditional theory reasonably and efficitively .Through a comparative analysis of innovation which is low efficiently under traditional firms, organizational structure , this thesis points out that there exists much mechanism hiderance' against firms' innovation if depending only on inner resource to commmercilize modern high-tech commercilization and other aspects. This theory proved the limitedness of traditional theory .In recent decades , many venture invest firms organized resources from outside in 'a way of contract, and its organizational and investmental model offers sustainable dynamic for innovation .On one hand , it makes the dynamic mechanism of innovation more adaptive ; on the other hand , it enlarges the fund source of innovation . The working process of venture invest firm improves the dynamic system of innovation , expands the category of innovation .It has been proved that organizational structure of venture invest firms effectively bread down the obstacle to the innovation in traditional firms . Firstly ,the process of innovation is expanded . Specially it goes forward to the research in lab and to the stage of invention . Secondly , the connection between stages of innovation is reinforced . That accelerates the speed of innovation and the transforming rate of scientific and technical fruits . The study on the innovation in venture invest firm provides the traditional theory with empirical proof . Empirical studies prove that venture invest firm encourage innovation strongly , they have become the main body of innovation, After analysing the present situation and problems of innovation in venture invest firm in our country , this thesis puts forward proposals for developing venture invest firms and increasing the efficiency ofinnovation , which is significant in philosophical methodology .
