In the article, the reformation of the property right system of the rural credit cooperatives in developed areas is studied. It analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the reformation, explores the effects of the reformation, indicates the advantages and disadvantages of various reformation modes, and finally advances my points of view on the controversies of the reformation. The article consists of five parts as follows:Firstly, the article briefly introduces the background of the reformation and discusses domestic and foreign correlated theories on rural finance. It introduces the latest research into the reformation, meaning of study, range of study, and research technique. At the meantime, the paper summarizes the main domestic theoretical viewpoints about the reformation of the property right system, and foreign correlated investigations.Secondly, the article makes a general study of the state-of-the-art of the cooperative finance. It gives a brief introduction to foreign modes and development tendency. Besides, it makes an analysis of the developing process of domestic rural credit cooperative. Then, the study concludes that it is necessary to reform the rural credit cooperatives.Thirdly, from different perspective such as the rural economic development and the circumstances of rural credit cooperatives, the paper cites typical cases to discuss the necessaries and feasibilities of the reformation in the developed areas.Fourthly, the article makes an empirical study of the effects of the reformation. In the part, an evaluating indicator system is built to analyze the effects of the reformation, and rural credit bank of Yinzhou is taken as an example.Fifthly, the article focuses on the controversies of the property right reformation. It explores the advantages and disadvantages of various innovation modes and concludes that it is important to select the mode that is adaptive to economic states of the areas.
