On The Value Of The Elderly, Social Needs And The Elderly To Participate

With the arrival of the aging society, more and more attention is drawn to the aging problems. It is necessary to build a clear cognition and scientific attitude toward that. It is very helpful to overcome the aged discrimination, and advance the development of the enterprise of the aged. Fully utilizing the aged manpower resource can help protecting legal rights and interests of the aged. By concerning the connection of theory and practice, the author concludes the aging problem into three aspects: recognizing the aged value, satisfying the aged demands, the aged participation in the society. In this paper, it is concluded that the first two aspects demand the aged participation in the development of the society, and at the same time fully utilization of the aged manpower resource. Nowadays, the aging problems have become a big social problem, and it deeply affects the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way and the sustainable development of the society whether can we solve it well.
