Mao Zedong's Socialist Commodity Economy Thoughts

Abstract: There are both sides of Mao Zedong's socialist commodity economy thoughts, one is active and the other is single-track. He presented a series of correct or relatively correct theories and understandings from the end of "socialist adaptation to the 8th session of 10th complete center committee conference of CPC held in Sep,1962.These thoughts activated the planed commodity economy framework based on public-own system, which was constructed at the beginning of system reforming and opening , and also had a important influence on Deng Xiaoping's Theories as well as long and important influence on nowaday socialist market economy construction ,though he made serious mistakes to destruct commodity economy during the later practice. Whatever important breakthroughs or serious mistakes, they were allhappened and obtained in the process to explore the socialist construction pattern and are all worth of learning and rethinking for us .In order to hold the historical thread of the development of Mao Zedong's thoughts on socialist commodity economy as well factually analyze and evaluate his important breakthroughs on theory and historical flaws , I will take Mao's hard explorations of commodity economy that happened during the period of socialist construction as emphasis in this essay. I will declare pointedly that Marxism-Leninism ,Mao Zedong's thoughts ,Deng Xiaoping's theories and "Three Representatives" important ideas have the inherited sides so that to provide powerful ideal and theoretic supports for the great practice of "construction and perfection of socialist market economy system" .
