The Eighth Party Congress Party Democracy-building Dynasty

The 8th National Congress of CPC is the first National Congress held after the CPC's seven years coming into power. The first generation collective leadership of central committee of the party generalized the experience of party building the CPC obtained since the holding of the 7th National Congress of CPC especially the foundation of new china; learned the lessons of international communist movement's especially Soviet Russia's party building and analyzed the new problems the party faced since its coming into power. Based on these facts, the CPC fully realized the importance and urgency of inner-party democratic building, developed the theory of inner-party democratic building and made great contributions to the system building of inner-party democracy. However because of the practical limitations, the inner-party democratic building of the 8th National Congress of CPC had many deficiencies. Using systematic and scientific theory of inner-party democratic building to summarize the achievements that the 8th National Congress of CPC got and to anatomized the historical limitations of it will greatly advance both the party's and the country's democratic development.This article contains three main parts:In the first part, analyzed the historical background of the 8th National Congress of CPC's inner-party democratic building. Firstly, the inevitable need of consolidating ruling status. Secondly, objective need ofsocialism construction. Thirdly, the generalization of party building's experience since its coming into power. Thirdly, perfected the party's inspection system and put forward the thought of all-around supervision. Fourthly, developed the theory of democratic centralism and strengthened it's each idiographic system. Fifthly, advanced the Party congress permanent system. Sixthly, expanded the party member democratic rights and strengthened right security system. Finally, perfected democratic electoral system.In the third part, rationally analyzed the 8th National Congress of CPC's inner-party democratic building.
