Third-party Logistics Enterprise's Core Competitive Power

Cooperating with Third Party Logistics(TPL) is an unavoidable challenge to all the Chinese enterprises which will develop core competence after China entering WTO. Basing on the bilateral probes between practice and theory, by qualitative analysis this dissertation focuses on the analysis and study on Outsourcing to TPL, the fundamental method of modern logistics and management.It proved that TPL is logic, advanced and efficient from the views of economical theories, powerful influence and the blooming status. Moreover, it is finally summarized that TPL could promote the enterprise' s competence. Logistics is TPL' s core competitive power, however, logistics is justly a part of multibusiness in the enterprise. If the two have the same resource, TPL could get higher efficiency than the customer in logistics business. So, The enterprise should outsource auxiliary logistics business to TPL and concentrate own resource on core business, at the same time , TPL can promote the enterprise' s development.Microanalysis is mainly used in this dissertation. TPL should not be regarded as a simply used measure but a fruitful strategy. Spending more the study on TPL and the other economical question caused by TPL may strongly push the development of TPL.
